    The Moosehead Historical Society and the Natural Resource Education Center of Greenville present “Living in Loon Territory”
    Presenter Susan Gallow from the Audubon group, along with displays created by Barbara Hambach and Janice Adams, will speak on how to reduce conflicts between people and loons and still be able to enjoy them. Find out interesting loon facts, statistics and browse answers to your most frequent questions. A genuine mounted common loon, on loan from the Maine Audubon Society, will be on display as well as giant 4’x 6’ photographs of loons.

    35th Annual International Seaplane Fly-In
    The Fly-In occurs the weekend after Labor Day. The weekend consists of Float Plane competitions, educational exhibits, the Moosehead Lake Region’s largest craft fair, lots of food and much more.
